Wellness Program Paths
Full Meal Replacement Path
In this pathway, participants will consume 5 meal replacements per day for 12 weeks that meet 100% of their nutritional needs while being educated on how to transition to a Mediterranean or whole-food, plant-based diet / lifestyle.
Adaptive Meal Replacement Path
In this pathway, participants will consume 4 meal replacements plus one healthy (Mediterranean or whole-food, plant-based) meal per day for 12 weeks.
Registered Dietitian Guided Path
This pathway does not include meal replacements. Rather, participants work closely with our Wellness Registered Dietitian (RD) to develop a longterm plan for a healthier diet and lifestyle that best fits their needs.

Attend weekly support groups virtually via Zoom
Virtually led by our Wellness Dietitian in the evenings, these weekly small groups will build your knowledge base about the 4 pillars of health, including how to adopt health eating habits, targeting sustained weight loss and metabolic health. Mindfulness and exercise classes also offered here. Research has shown that those who are most consistent attending support groups have the best long-term outcomes.
1-on-1 Dietician visits, virtually via Zoom
Once enrolled, you will schedule your 1-on-1 visits with our Wellness dietician. These visits will occur on a regular basis throughout the program.
Wellness provider visits, virtually or in-office
You will also meet with your Wellness provider (MD or PA/NP) periodically throughout the program to review your progress and order labs, imaging studies
Wellness Warrior FaceBook
You have the option of signing up for our HG Wellness Warriors FaceBook page. This is a closed (private) page only accessible to enrolled participants. This page allows for supporting each other, exchange of ideas, recipes, pictures, information and more !
Fibroscan, Fit3D and lab testing
You will receive interval blood work, liver and 3 dimensional body scanning during your participation to track your progress.
