Wellness Program Paths
In this path, 100% of your nutrition and food will come from nutritional replacements for 12 weeks. After those 12 weeks you will incrementally transition to either a plant-based or Mediterranean diet with the guidance of our wellness team. This path is the most intensive path; however it’s most likely to result in greatest weight loss and improved wellness over the shortest amount of time.
This path allows participants to have one solid/regular meal daily in addition nutritional replacements. Weight loss is not as rapid as the full path, however, with the guidance of our wellness team, participants can still expect to lose weight and improve their overall wellness. Patients here will also transition to a plant-based or Mediterranean diet for weight maintenance.
Registered Dietitian Guided Path
This path does not include any nutritional replacements. Instead, participants meet with our Registered Dietitian to discuss best practices for eating nutritiously, challenges to eating healthy and strategies to overcome these challenges. Weight loss is expected to be slower in this path however, participants can still expect to lose weight and improve their overall wellness.
